Long time, no post!

I'm still here.. and still struggling with weight loss... aren't we all?
I'm now heavier than I've ever been... tipping the scale at 183 lbs.. yuck!
All of my clothes are snug and my ability to diet is non-existent...
I did get a gym membership, which I have used all of TWO times... this is so uninspiring and I know that what I need to do is change my lifestyle because I know an intense diet isn't the answer...
So, why don't I do just that?
Well.. I'm certainly trying.... I've been counting calories for over a week now and even though I usually end up cheating, I have become more aware of the caloric value of the foods I eat...
My daily goal is 1500 calories, which shouldn't bee too hard...right??  We shall see!
